PRIVACY POLICY

1 – Preamble – Controller responsible for processing the data linked to the LGPD test.

The law firm STERRING LEGAL, registered with CNPJ 09.442.650/0001-61, with registered office at Av. Rio Branco, 109 – sala 901, CEP 20040-906, Rio de Janeiro/RJ, represented by its managing partner Bertrand LMB de Solere, is the controller directly responsible for processing the data collected under the LGPD test, and can be contacted by e -mail contato@lgpdsolucoes.com.br or tel. (021) 981016151.

Aware of the importance of ensuring the proper treatment of the data collected,  SOLERE assumes its great commitment to meet the requirements of Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD) .

Thus, the purpose of this document “data protection policy” is to inform you about the conditions of the processing of your data carried out by SOLERE, within the scope of the LGPD test offered by SOLERE and that you have decided to carry out. 

These treatment conditions may change depending on the legal and regulatory context. 


2 – Information to be provided to test users  

According to art. 9 of Law 13,709/2018 (LGPD) “ the data subject has the right to facilitated access to information on the processing of his data, which must be made available in a clear, adequate and ostensible way about, among other characteristics provided for in regulation for the service of the principle of free access:

I – Specific purpose of the treatment;

II – Form and duration of treatment, subject to commercial and industrial secrecy;

III – Identification of the controller;

IV – Controller contact information;

V – Information about the shared use of data by the controller and the purpose;

VI – Responsibilities of the agents who will carry out the treatment; and

VII – Rights of the holder, with explicit mention of the rights contained in art. 18 of this Law.”


3 – Rights of holders 

According to article 18 of the LGPD and in view of the treatment in question, “ the holder of personal data has the right to obtain from the controller, in relation to the data of the holder processed by him, at any time and upon request:

I – Confirmation of the existence of treatment;

II – Access to data;

III – Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;

IV – Anonymization, blocking or elimination of unnecessary, excessive or treated data in violation of the provisions of the LGPD;

V – Data portability to another service or product provider, upon express request, in accordance with the regulation of the national authority, observing commercial and industrial secrets;    

VI – Deletion of personal data processed with the consent of the holder, except in the cases provided for in art. 16 of the LGPD;

VII – Information on public and private entities with which the controller shared data use;

VIII – Information on the possibility of not providing consent and on the consequences of denial;

IX – Revocation of consent, pursuant to § 5 of art. 8 of the LGPD.

1st §: The holder of personal data has the right to petition in relation to their data against the controller before the national authority.”

4 – Data collected

SOLERE guarantees to collect and process only the following data, strictly necessary for the purpose mentioned in the third clause below: 

  1. name and surname;
  2. email address


5 – Purpose of treatment

The data are being collected based on the legitimate interest of SOLERE for the exclusive purpose of proposing solutions and services related to the General Data Protection Law -LGPD.


6 – Recipients of data

The personal data collected by SOLERE may be communicated to certain recipients: (i) marketing services; (ii) administrative services; (iii) IT services.

7 – Data conservation

The personal data collected are kept by SOLERE, in accordance with the legislation in force, for a maximum period of 5 (five) years after the end of your relationship with SOLERE.

SOLERE guarantees the security of personal data by implementing enhanced data protection.
